Laptop came with cracked screen, not same as image and when I turned it on, the screen started flashing and then repeated error and shut down again. I tried to get a refund but company did not reply, do not trust this company or product.

kindly share the laptops images which you received. And make a short video of laptop turning on.

We thoroughly check the system before dispatch if cracked on the screen must have happen on the transit.
